Move from tension, anxiety, and constant stress
To responding with calm, and releasing the self-doubt (or critic) that keeps you spiraling
Hey Love, I know it’s been exhausting…
Spending so much time overthinking - analyzing every conversation, feelings, decisions. Replaying what you could have said or done differently - at work, in relationships, with your children.
Living with a critical inner voice that keeps telling you that you did or said something wrong, and prompts you to search for external validation or the “right” answer, never allowing you to trust yourself.
Waking up at 3am with a tight chest and a racing mind, running through worst-case scenarios, trying to prevent what might go wrong - or replaying what already happened - trying to release the weight pressing on your chest just so you can breathe again.
Trying to relax, only to notice your thoughts get louder instead of quieter - like there’s no off switch.
The buzzing, restless energy that can’t settle.
If you’re like so many of my clients, you would love to be able to
Stop overthinking, just let it be and move forward.
Rest without simultaneously shaming yourself. You want to rest from a mind that never stops so you can have the energy and time to feel joyful, clear, connected to people and the work you care about.
Hold a posture that is soft but self assured, not tensed in anticipation.
Views your emotions as your trusted guides, rather than overwhelming reactions that leave you in a puddle.
Feel joy without questioning if you deserve it, or wondering when something will come crashing down.
Navigate life and stressful situations with calm, self assurance and poise.
You want to stop the mind loops, to feel a quiet self security, and become the version of you who trusts herself without needing to replay every moment or analyze every interaction.
Maybe it feels this hard because you’ve never actually known an embodied woman.
You know the overthinking woman.
The overwhelmed woman.
The exhausted woman.
That’s the model most of us were given.
Women weren’t taught to think instead of feel by accident.
We learn early that our bodies were unreliable narrators-
too much, too emotional, too sensitive.
So the mind stepped in.
It became very good at managing what once felt overwhelming to feel in the body.
That’s why it feels so hard step out of the mind loops,
because
It is actually an intelligent protective adaptation. Your system figured out a really great way to keep you from experiences in my life where feeling the full extent of the grief, anger, resentment, or fear was too overwhelming and too unsupported to stay present with.
Our resilience lies not in avoiding discomfort but in learning how to sit with it safely and emerge more whole on the other side.
And because you want this so deeply, you’ve tried to ALL the things,
You
Did the therapy,
ReadThe Body Keeps Score,
Listen to the Mel Robbins podcasts,
Practice Joe Dispenza meditations,
Maybe even tried nervous system regulation like tapping…
And some may have helped a little. But it still hasn’t fully shifted. And that makes sense, because
Thinking can’t resolve Overthinking.
You can understand your story for years and still feel the pain, the bracing, and the urgency living in your body. Understanding, naming your patterns, and trying to meditate away the pain cannot take away the hurt in your heart.
This isn’t because you haven’t tried hard enough.
It’s because something essential has been missing.
The mind, though incredibly powerful, needs the wisdom of the body to heal.
The sensations, breath, movement, voice.
Most modalities that try to help offer a cognitive approach,
thinking to ease overthinking.
And love, that will never work, because it’s trying to use the mind to solve what is happening in the body. Our body responds first to experiences in the world, and then the brain. Our body is literally several steps ahead of any conscious thoughts.
It’s like trying to think your way out of a maze built of thoughts: The exit isn't in the walls; it's by stepping outside the structure entirely.
Hi, I'm Chantal
I guide women who live in a nearly constant state of stress and overthinking to come back to their bodies and allow their minds to fully rest. From that rested state, you can remember your confidence, feel clear about big decisions and next steps, and build more ease into your life than you thought possible.
When we include the body and the mind in our healing, things begin to shift.
The way my mind found peace was by building the capacity in my body to feel. I’ve walked through the fire and I’ve come out more alive. Now I help other women walk through it too.
